Thank you for booking your photo session with Notosphotos. We pride ourselves on our ideas and presentation of our photographic art. The following guidelines will ensure the highest quality of work and best outcome from your session. 

Your session includes the following:

 - 1 hour of on location photography

 - 15 digital images with print release (for additional images see pricing)

 - Enrollment in our referral program

- All sessions are rain or shine, unless otherwise specified by you.

-  Communication is key! We will contact you to discuss details such as locations, attire, props, and overall expectations.

 - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. We realize that sometimes cancellation is necessary. Sessions cancelled 48 hours in advance may apply their deposit towards a future session.

 Your photos will be delivered via the online gallery Pixieset.com.

 - Once you have chosen your favorite images they will be retouched and released to you along with a personal pin number.

-The gallery will be available for downloading

 for 30 days from the release date

- You may choose to re-upload  the gallery for an additional 30 days after it expires for a $20 fee.

- A DVD of your images may also be purchased for $25.00

- We respectfully request that our clients do not post photos online until they are retouched and watermarked.

- Clients photos will be posted on our website and social media accounts unless otherwise requested.
